Everyone must be under the guidance of a health care professional; either an MD, psychiatrist or dietitian. Living Proof MN does not provide medical treatment or advice. If the person's life is in danger, he/she must seek medical attention immediately.
Shira has been an RN for 11 years, she has her public health nurse certificate, faith community nurse certificate, laughter yoga and vinyasa yoga certificate; she has been mentoring people all over the world and supports anyone seeking a life outside of the eating disorder.
*All are welcome. Living Proof MN is a nonjudgmental, non discriminatory, all inclusive nonprofit organization here to support you wherever you are in your journey.
Please share this website with those who would benefit from getting involved: people living with eating disorders, family members, spouses, or friends affected by someone with an eating disorder.
